Applus+ Rescoll participated to the first review meeting of #RECREATE project, kindly hosted by EDAG in Fulda, Germany on 22nd & 23rd November.

The general purpose of the project is to valorize composite waste materials by recycling, reuse, and eco-design. Several industrial fields are targeted, including automotive, rotor blades, naval and aeronautics. Our main activities in the project focus on laser-shock for adhesion tests and dismantling, and reversible adhesive joining. In particular, Robin SZYMANSKI leads the task related to the development of these debondable on demand joints.

This review meeting was the opportunity to present forecasted activities and to strengthen the links between the task partners: INVENT GmbH, EDAG Group, Fraunhofer IWU and Fraunhofer WKI.
