H2020 : Rescoll participe à la réunion d’avancement du projet Lay2Form

Rescoll vient de participer à la réunion d’avancement au 24eme mois du projet LAY2FORM, un projet européen Horizon 2020. Cette réunion a eu lieu à Porto (Portugal) dans les installations d’INEGI, coordinateur du projet. D’une durée de quatre ans ce projet européen du programme Horizon 2020 a pour but de fabriquer une ligne pilote pour la fabrication de pièces automobiles hybrides composées notamment de feuilles de métal et de composites. Plusieurs technologies seront intégrées dans cette ligne pilote afin de réaliser des essais non destructifs en phase avec un objectif zéro défaut.
Rescoll participe au projet en tant que responsable du lot de taches concernant l’assemblage métal composite. Rescoll a présenté les performances de ses primaires d’adhésion anticorrosion répondant au cahier des charges du secteur automobile.

Rescoll took part at the 24 month meeting of the Lay2form project. This meeting took place in the facilities of INEGI (Porto), which is the coordinator of the project. This 4 years long project will create a new cost-effective multistage manufacturing platform based on flexible machinery concepts, cognitive automation, inline monitoring and inspection, as well as simulation and modelling, enabling the efficient integration of unconventional technologies (laser and ultrasound) in established composites-based processes, namely tape-laying and hot-forming, to enable the production of multifunctional 3D hybrid parts from thin layered metals and composites.
Rescoll is in charge of the workpackage concerning the assembly of the metal and composite layers. Rescoll presented performances of its anticorrosive adhesion primers fullfiling the automotive sector requirements.
