RESCOLL will host the next FAA International Aircraft Materials Fire Test Working Group Meeting
Rescoll’Blog / 25 février 2016On the 16th and 17th of March, RESCOLL will host the next FAA International Aircraft Materials Fire Test Working Group Meeting.
The Fire Safety division of the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) organizes a biannual conference to discuss the fire resistance of materials in the aeronautical industry. RESCOLL volunteered and were chosen by FAA to host the next workshop which will be held in Bordeaux in March of this year.
This two-day event will bring together more than one hundred major players (around 130 participants) in the international aeronautical industry and will be held at the “Centre des Congrès de la Cité Mondiale” in Bordeaux.
This meeting will be an opportunity for RESCOLL to present their laboratories and equipment at their two sites, Bordeaux and Rochefort, as well as showcase Aerospace Valley. They also aim to reinforce relations between local and international contributors in the field.
If you wish to participate in this event, please express your interest by emailing jordan.bouvier@rescoll.fr.
For any further information, the list of tests performed in RESCOLL’s fire testing laboratory is available here : Fire & Flammability Test
