Within the Additive Plastics/manufacturing team, the trainee will be tasked with:
The formulation and implementation of two-three functionalized 3d filament references using extrusion equipment present in the laboratory
The production of printability tests using the laboratory's 3d printers
The production of characterization of filaments and printed test specimens
Production protocols
The design and realization of the technical and safety sheets for these filaments
Profile of the trainee: Last year student (Bac + 5) in plastics or materials and processes. Motivated and self-sufficient, you have a sense of rigour. Good knowledge and first use of the technologies of formulation and shaping in plastics: extrusion, injection… A knowledge of physico-chemical and mechanical characterization techniques and in additive manufacturing/FDM 3d printing would be a plus.
Duration of the Internship: 6 months. Station based in Pessac.
